We perform custom compounding on 3 single screw extrusion lines and 2 mixing lines which process from 600 lbs per hour up to 3800 lbs per hour. All lines have capability of batch or continuous mixture streams.

Our compounding department provides custom compounds, which can be produced by augmenting current plastics with additional materials or by changing the form of incoming revenue into a pellet form suitable for injection molding. One way our customers utilize our custom compounding department is by adding a recycled component into their supply stream.

Ask us about our proprietary thermoplastic material called “Starloy”. This compound is formulated from vulcanized rubber scrap and plastic scrap.
